We aim to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality baby mattress products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
- The mattress must not show signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or alteration.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used or opened beyond inspection may not qualify for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products used or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or washing.
- Requests made after the return period expires.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer support with your order details.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Hand over the product to the assigned pickup partner (if applicable) or ship as instructed.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- The refund will be credited using the original payment method.
7. Replacement Policy
If eligible, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to product availability.
8. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be free for defective or incorrect items.
- For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Cancellation Policy
